Job Description

  • Are you naturally curious and energized by solving complex puzzles? Do you ever look at the journey from liquid to bottle and marvel at how seamlessly everything flows?
  • Then the Supply Chain Function is where your magic belongs. This function shapes analytical, hands?on problem?solvers who keep our operations efficient and agile.
  • As a trainee, you’ll be exposed to key areas including planning, procurement, manufacturing operations, quality assurance, engineering, and logistics; seeing firsthand how each part of the chain works together to deliver excellence.

Responsibilities
Here you will:

  • Work across the key departments within the Supply Chain function (Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Quality and Logistics) to gain hands?on, end?to?end exposure to how materials, processes, and operations come together.
  • Work on high-impact projects while participating in day?to?day plant operations building practical experience in problem?solving, process flow, and operational execution.
  • Help drive efficiency by gathering data, observing processes, suggesting improvements, and collaborating with teams to strengthen operational systems.
  • Gain exposure to mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals and leaders who guide your growth and development.
  • Participate in structured learning sessions, workshops, and leadership development activities designed to sharpen your technical and professional skills.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in a STEM discipline — Engineering, Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or related technical fields.
  • Curiosity and systems thinking with ability to connect how processes, operations, and systems influence each other and contribute to end?to?end efficiency.
  • Good analytical skills and a result-driven mindset.
  • Good attention to detail and disciplined work approach.
